MTMO Sendoff Service - Sunday, January 8th, 6:00 p.m.

The sendoff service for the January 2012 Honduras trip will take place on Sunday, January 8th at Portland First Baptist Church - beginning at 6:00 p.m.  This is a great opportunity to meet fellow MTMO team members and receive some last minute information about the trip.  There will also be a love gift offering to benefit projects and outreach on the trip.  Please make plans to attend.

Jan 2012 Honduras Mission Trip

This trip is scheduled for January 13, 2012 through January 20, 2012 with the early team leaving on January 10th.  The cost for this trip is $1,150 per person.   Click on the Forms link to download the required paperwork for the  Jan. 2012 mission trip. 

Every team member will need to submit the following forms for every trip you choose to attend.  :

Liability Release Form

Copy of up-to-date passport

If you are a minor (under the age of 18) and are not traveling with all your legal guardians, you must fill out a Minor Trave Permission Form and have it notarized.  All minors under the age of 16 must receive specific permission from Gary Lamberth (Team Leader) to travel with the Team.

If you intend to do work in Honduras related to a professional field (Physician, nurse, dentist, etc.), please include a copy of your professional license with your deposit and other paperwork.

Included on the Forms page is a Suggested Packing List to help in considering what items to take with you along with some other helpful information.
